All services are pre-paid. Masks must be worn inside at all times. For any cancellation or changes, 48 hours notice is required. Otherwise, the value of the service that was reserved for you, will apply. During these challenging times changing or cancelling a reservation will require a re-booking date, refunds for cancellations will be issued in a form of a Gift card with 6 months expiration date.
