Spa Week card holders, to make appointment MUST contact us via email giftcards@southwestdayspa.com or
Text 617-799-3796 with the gift card number & value to book a service.

*Spa Wish Cards (First time guest only) *Not applicable towards any group party, spa and wellness packages or already discounted services.

Gratuities greatly appreciated: Cash or Card accepted.

For any cancellations or changes, 24 hours’ notice is required. Otherwise, the value of the service that was reserved for you, will apply. Changing or canceling a reservation will have no monetary refund.

Refunds for cancellations will ONLY be issued in a form of a Spa Gift card to be used towards any other spa service offered with a 6 month expiration date.
